Butter Garlic Ranch Wings

Serves/Makes:50 wings approx.

  • 3 lbs (1.4 kg). bag frozen chicken wings
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). melted butter
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). minced garlic
  • Deep fry wings until crispy brown.
  • Place wings in a bowl with lid.
  • Add melted butter, garlic, and dry ranch dressing mix.
  • Placed lid on the bowl and shake them for 1 minute.
  • Serve.
