Ingredients

• 1 box Jiffy white cake mix
• 1 small box instant lemon pudding
• 1 8 oz (224 grm). container Cool Whip

Preparation

• Make Jiffy cake according to package directions.
• Bake about 18 minutes in a greased 13"x9" pan (or 2 8"x8"x2" pans).
• Cool completely.
• Mix instant pudding as directed.
• Chill until thick.
• Layer cake, pudding, then Cool Whip.
• Cover & refrigerate.
