Serves/Makes:8 
 
Ingredients
  2 packages frozen, chooped spinach
4 eggs, beaten
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small onion, chopped
 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
 3/4 cup (175 ml) grated Swiss cheese
  Preparation
  Thaw frozen spinach.
Drain  well.
Combine with all but cheese and mix well.
Put in a greased casserole dish and top with Swiss cheese.
 Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees (175 C.).
