Preparation
  Place the peppers on a baking sheet washed and whole.
 Put in a 450 degree (225 C.) oven.
Bake until the skin is partially blistered and the pepper looks soft.
Remove from the oven and let cool in a bowl.
Remove the skin and seeds.
  Comments
 I'm working from memory, so I don't have an exact time. I don't think it takes very long. I would check them every 10 minutes or so.
