Ingredients
  steamer  clams
Old Bay Seasoning
shredded  carrots
chopped  onion
chopped  celery
  water
melted  butter
sourdough  bread
  Preparation
  Sprinkle lots of Old Bay Seasoning over your clams before you steam them, and add shredded carrots, celery, and onions to the water.
Clams should be steamed until they pop open, indicating they are fully cooked.
Serve with lots of butter to dip them in, and sourdough bread.
