Serves/Makes:4 
 
Ingredients
   1 lb (.5 kg) shrimp (fresh)
 1 cup (225 ml) white wine (I prefer a chardonnay or chablis)
 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1/2 stick butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic
 1/4 tsp (1 ml) white pepper
 2 tbsp (30 ml) capers
1/4 small lemon, juice only
small handful fresh chopped parsley
cooked  rice
  Preparation
  Clean shrimp, peel and devein.
Combine all ingredients except rice in oven safe casserole dish.
 Place in preheated 350 degree (175 C.) oven bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve shrimp and juice over rice.
